The charity event of the year, Noche de Gala, was a sight words can't describe! What a beautiful event, held at the Besilu Collection in Micanopy, Florida. Footstone was there, and now we are offering our pictures to benefit the Sebastian Ferrero Foundation. You may purchase any image in digital format for $20, and 100% of that goes to the Foundation! Ropin' in the Swamp :: 03-28-09
The University of Florida Horse Management class asked Footstone to be at their annual event, "Ropin' in the Swamp". There was food, games, and of course, steer roping! Ropers came from all over Florida to compete in this extremely competitive event. Footstone borrowed the pony from the petting zoo to use in our photo booth and we got some great pictures!
Light the Village :: 12-04-08
The Haile Plantation Village Center showed it's Christmas spirit on Thursday night when many of the Village Shops debuted their Christmas lights. Lots of families showed up to eat, drink, sing, and even tell Santa their Christmas wishes! Check out all of the Santa pictures here.
The Haunted Village! Halloween at Haile :: 10/31/08
The Haile Village was full of monsters, superheroes and princesses on Friday night! Many local businesses were open for trick-or-treaters, and Footstone even had a spooky photo booth.
Haile Village Oktoberfest :: 10/18/08
Another Oktoberfest celebration was enjoyed in the Haile Village Center. The streets were packed as dancers performed "Thriller", venders served ice cold drinks, three bands kept everyone entertained, and families checked out the many booths along the way. Haile Plantation Country Club hosted their annual Oktoberfest on Friday, October 10. Good music, good food, good drinks, and good friends make for a good time!
STOP! Children's Cancer Charity Golf Classic :: 10/05/08
Haile Plantation Country Club hosted the STOP! Children's Cancer Charity Golf Classic on Friday, October 5. Many of Gainesville's prominent businessmen and businesswomen showed their support for this worthy cause by taking part in the event. STOP! Children's Cancer, Inc. is a local non-profit organization committed to the prevention, control and cure of cancer in children.
Night of Delight 2008 :: 10/03/08
Sisters, located in the Haile Village Center, hosted the 1st annual Night of Delight on Tuesday, October 7. This event was a benefit for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. A portion of the proceeds from any print order for the this event goes to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society!
Gainesville Chamber of Commerce Pro-Ed Golf Tournament :: 09/26/08
The Gainesville Chamber of Commerce held their 13th annual Chamber Pro-Ed Golf Tournament on Friday, September 26. The event helped raise funds for the Alachua County Schools Foundation and other educational programs. There was quite a turnout, and many local businesses came out to support the cause.
